Guarantee Policy

 

At CanCigs we stand behind our products and guarantee to the purchaser that our electronic cigarette products and accessories shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and conditions and is subject to verification by our quality control personnel.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Our products are not sold on a trial basis.  The purchaser agrees that all of our products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has read through our website and has determined the suitability of the product for their own personal use. Unless a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship all other sales are considered final.

We recommend very strongly that you do not use any other charger to re-charge our Eson batteries. Also, we recommend that you do not use our Eson charger to re-charge any other battery. Although our Eson batteries might fit into another brand's charger, due to difference in polarity it could damage the battery and vice-versa.

Any attempt to re-charge our batteries with another charger other than an Eson charger will void the warranty.

Returns/Exchanges

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

We only replace the items that are defective or damaged. Please send only items that need to be exchanged (not the entire kit) and send us an email at: support@CanCigs.ca indicating what items you are returning for exchange and the reason why.

Once your return is received and inspected we will process the exchange and send you an email to notify you when we have shipped your new product(s).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will pay to ship the replacement product back to you.

If you are returning items over $75, we advise that you use a traceable shipping service (such as Canada Post Expedited) as this will provide you/us with proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost shipments
